This workshop requires no past experience and welcomes anyone on any skill level, anyone curious about storytelling and self-discovery, through a playful approach, in an inclusive and safe space.  We will experience theatre games and exercises, and gentle, mindful movement with time for reflection exercises and sharing and discussions. Come play, create and be curious as we explore how shared storytelling can create connections. Let's get back to our roots.

Workshops are recommended for people ages 12 and over. Children under 12 years old are welcome with parent/guardian supervision. Please get a ticket for each person (incl. all children).

The workshop is pay what you can! Suggested $20 - $30 to support facilitator fees and supplies.
